 Vitali brings with him almost 20 years of construction experience. He's owned his own construction businesses for over 15 of those years working in different states throughout the United States. 

He is a master at communication and efficiently manages jobs to meet important deadlines. Additionally, Vitali's utmost dedication to his clients earns him repeat business.

Prior to helping Vitali start VLS C&R, Leyli worked as a caregiver in the healthcare industry for six years. 

Leyli has been working with Vitali for ten years in the construction business. She was hands-on in all aspects of the company from labor to management and administration at the start of the business and continues to assist in many ways. 

With her experience, she helps to advise on job sites and improve management systems.

Martheine has been working with a variety of businesses for over 20 years. She brings with her a 

wealth of experience.

She has worked in various capacities including business start-up's, sales, customer service, business development, business strategy, marketing, training, training development and more.
