OUR STORY

Vitali started working in construction in Oregon during summers when he was in high school. He started out working extremely hard digging ditches, leveling dirt, grading and excavating his first summer of construction. Due to his hard work ethic, he started moving up the ranks his second summer, learning indoor skills under his proficient mentor. 

Vitali diligently performed his job duties until he opened his own business three years later. He's owned his own businesses ever since, totaling almost 20 years experience! Leyli joined him ten years ago, working multiple aspects of the business. She has been vital in the development of VLS C&R.

We have focused mostly on commercial builds (and some residential) while working in Oregon, North Dakota and Texas. Expansion is on the horizon as we are preparing to launch in new areas. This is an exciting development! 

What makes our business different is that VLS C&R is a true turnkey construction business. We do everything! Our clients do not need to hassle with multiple subcontractors. We take care of the whole thing from start to finish, making sure things are done the way they want it.

We have always, and will be committed to excellent customer service, quality workmanship, meeting important deadlines, working with the best craftsmen, and keeping everyone safe while working.
